Our Policy

On the day of your appointment… If you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate you. A phone call in advance would be very helpful. Please note that if you are excessively late we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations We kindly ask that you to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours before. No-show ups and more than 15 minutes late will be charged the full service price.

Gratuities All tips can only be accepted in cash and can not be added on to credit card payments.

Method of payment No personal checks. We accept cash, VIsa, or MasterCard with a $80 credit card minimum.Refunds are NOT available. If you are not satisfied with any service provided you may come back within a week to have the same stylist fix it. Please note, fixes are for only when there is a stylist error and not when you change your mind and decide to do something different.
